Welcome to Cary Park!

Cary Park is a community of families, couples and individuals living in single family homes, townhouses and condominiums. There are sidewalks throughout the community, as well as two miles of paved trails surrounding a 28-acre lake. You can truly run, walk and bike for miles in Cary Park. The neighborhood also includes a volleyball court, playground and playing field, as well as a clubhouse featuring a big-screen TV and pool table.

Clubhouse Rentals

The Cary Park clubhouse is offered to interested residents for personal functions or community events subject to availability. Inquiries about renting the Cary Park clubhouse should be directed to Susan Burcham, our property manager at CAS. There may be a nominal fee for rental, and available dates and times may be limited by regularly scheduled events and meetings. Susan has all the details.

MONDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL

Please join your neighbors at the clubhouse every Monday night during the NFL seasons for MONDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL. The clubhouse will open at 8 P.M. and will close after the game.
As always,the Cary Park Fryers Club will provide some tailgate appetizers for everyone.

Enjoy the game, play some pool and socialize with your friends and neighbors.

POA Board Meeting Schedule Changed

Effective August 2010 the date for POA Board meetings has changed. POA Meetings are scheduled for the 3rd Thursday each month, 6:30pm in the Cary Park Clubhouse. All Homeowners are welcome to attend.

Also, it might be a good idea to inform CAS our management company of the issue as they are responsible for the daily operations of the community.

Welcoming Committee Being Formed

Interested Cary Park residents are invited to join the new Welcoming Committee being formed to welcome new Cary Park residents to our community. A key part of what we do will be to create a handbook of information that provides residents with information to help them acclimate as a new homeowner and resident of Cary Park. Topics for the handbook will include information about the website, POA committees, pool and swim team details as well as a list of vendors (painters, lawn care, landscapers, baby sitters, pet sitters etc.) recommended by the Cary Park Residents.

Survey Says . . .

Results of the 2010 Cary Park Property Owner's Association survey are available on the forums. Click here to view a tabulation of the survey results and a summary of comments received from members who took the survey.
